Green Valley Services is our long term maintenance partner. Established in 2009, GVS looks after hundreds of homes in South Wales, providing a fast, cost effective repair and improvement service for landlords and tenants alike.

By having a designated repair service as our partner, we can provide instant answers and problem solving situations, swiftly, to both landlords and their tenants. This takes away the need to spend time searching for a reputable tradesman or waiting days for an appointment.
Between the weekdays of Monday to Friday, all repair needs will be seen within a 24 hour period but are often dealt with instantly. By doing this, we cut down on time spent problem solving by landlords, whilst providing a high degree of care and compassion for their tenants. It’s a win, win for everyone!
